XPSave is forever, so it shouldn't matter, how long you don't play on the server.
But don't forget...your XP will only be restored, when you got the right etkey in your etmain folder.
Means... when your computer crashes and you have to install ET again, you will get a new etkey...in that case, you will lose all gained XP points...
